How long does dry cleaning take?
Standard turnaround is 48–72 hours. Express 24-hour service is available for most garments; bridal and heavy ethnic wear may need a few extra days for careful hand-finishing.
Is pickup and delivery really free?
Yes — doorstep pickup and delivery is free within our service area for orders above the minimum order value. Just tell us your address when you book.
Can you remove tough stains?
We pre-treat every stain with fabric-appropriate methods and remove the vast majority, including oil, curry, ink and makeup. Old or set-in stains can sometimes only be lightened — we'll always tell you upfront.
Are your cleaning products safe?
We use eco-friendly, skin-friendly detergents and fabric-safe solvents, suitable for kids' clothing and sensitive skin.
